Literacy and Numeracy Project
KOA Education Foundation is dedicated to providing educational opportunities to underserved communities, and we believe that literacy and numeracy skills are important for lifelong learning and success. The Literacy and Numeracy Project is a program aimed at addressing the low literacy and numeracy levels among less-privileged learners. This project targets learners from low-income families who are struggling to keep up with their peers due to a lack of resources and opportunities, as well as pupils who need extra help in their academics.
25 Learners are currently a part of this initiative and is being fully funded by af Jochnick Foundation
By 2030, we intend to have helped 150 to 200 Learners improve their literacy
and numeracy skills.

Additionally, a three-month Computer-Based Test (CBT) training is organized yearly to prepare students for higher educational examinations as some of the learners can’t operate Computers and their UTME exams (exams to go into universities) are CBT (Computer Based).
The centre also serves as a Digital Library, enabling students to access online resources for research
