As part of KOA Education Foundation’s free library access project to facilitate easy access to Quality Education.
KOA Education Foundation is absolutely thrilled to announce a partnership with Book Aid International.
Book Aid International will be donating 2,000 (two thousand) books which will be put in KOA Education Foundation free public libraries in Nigeria.
This new partnership brings about tremendous opportunities for KOA Education Foundation in its everyday quest to ensure that every child has access to quality education, starting with access to quality learning and study materials.
The 2000 books will be split into two, 70 to 30 percent to cater to our two free public libraries situated in Iju Ishaga, Lagos and Giwa, Ogun state respectively.
Thanks to the generosity of Book Aid international, we will be able to add a significant number of new titles to our already budding collection, covering a broad range of subject, genres and topics – basically bringing more of the world to the children we hope to serve.
As a foundation born out of a communal need, we rely on the support of our patrons and donors alike to make our mission of providing every child access to quality education a reality. This donation is an excellent example of how bodies or individuals outside or within our community can come together to make a difference in the lives of others.
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Book Aid International for their generosity. This donation will make an invaluable contribution to our libraries, and we are grateful for their partnership.
Thank you, as well, to our cherished donors, and to our Patron for your continued support of our free public library’s mission.
We still need to do more. We are on the right path and together we hope that every child has the most basic thing when it comes to quality education.
